It’s been one month now since I took a Customer Service Course in the Wholesale and Retail industry. Most of my past jobs have been related to Customer Service, but I have never worked in Merchandising. The experiences and learnings from this course are new to me. I was clueless about merchandising, even though I have experience in Customer Service. As we progressed through our lessons day by day, I learned a lot. I was amazed by the content, which made me realize that enrolling in this course was a good decision.
